Business-Management Consultant · Full-Stack Software Engineer · AI Automation Architect
10+ years shipping production software. Since 2023 I have also built self-hosted agentic-AI platforms. They run on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). I embed in the real stack of a business. There I ship autonomous multi-agent systems. I ship LLM tool-use integrations too, plus workflow automation. All of it runs in production. None of it is a demo. I focus on real estate and property management.
I’m a business-management consultant and software engineer. I build software that runs the business, not just software the business runs. I spent over a decade in enterprise engineering. That work ran from defense-grade systems to public-sector microservices. It taught me where real operations break. Now I design self-hosted platforms and AI agents that close those gaps. They live inside the client’s own stack. I focus on real estate and property management.
At NLMA I built and self-host 7+ MCP servers and 40+ live services. They open up 20+ SaaS and data platforms as OAuth 2.1-secured tools. LLM agents call those tools directly. Autonomous multi-agent systems run on top of them. Those agents handle triage, reconciliation, and code fixes end to end. Human-in-the-loop guardrails keep them in check.
Most AI never makes it into production. My edge is the opposite. I’m a forward-deployed engineer who ships working, self-hosted AI systems. Clients own all of it: the code, the infrastructure, and the outcomes.
Professional experience.

AI automation & custom software
- Built and self-host 7+ Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. They back 40+ live services. Those servers open up 20+ SaaS and data platforms as OAuth 2.1-secured tools. LLM agents call the tools on their own.
- I have built autonomous multi-agent systems. They triage issues and reconcile finances. They fix code and run multichannel messaging end to end. Each one runs in production. Human-in-the-loop guardrails sit behind it. These are not chatbots or demos.
- Work as a forward-deployed engineer. My clients are in property-tech, real estate, and finance back-office. I embed in each client’s own stack. From there I ship self-running systems. Those include owner statements and payout reconciliation. They also cover delinquency reports and due-diligence pipelines. Clients own 100% of the code and the infrastructure.
- Direct short- and long-term property-management operations. I merge booking, banking, and ledger systems. They all feed one source of truth.
- I advise clients on entity structuring. Also on tax and asset protection. Also on system automation and cash flow.

National-defense software
- Built and improved software tools for national-defense missions. The work met strict defense-industry standards.
- Worked on a cross-functional team. We shipped good software, and we shipped it on time.
- Held a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph. I kept top-tier security on all of my projects.

Small-business & real-estate acquisition
- Led a team of 5. The team bought small businesses and real estate. It financed them too.
- Raised capital. Built strategic plans. They met profit, margin, and operations targets.
- Ran the technical and business sides of client work. Ran daily finance too. That meant budgets, bank reconciliations, and reports.

Enterprise microservices
- Built asynchronous RESTful microservices in .NET Core. Also built single-page apps in Angular / Material. They sat on a microservice architecture.
- Used domain-driven design (DDD) to refactor ASP.NET MVC code. That made it far easier to maintain.
- Supported mission-critical systems for U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP). The work was on the BEAGLE contract. I used object-oriented design and proven patterns.
- Shipped in an Agile/SCRUM team. Ran functional and performance testing. I ran the backlog too.
- Won an award for my Section 508 work. I brought the user interfaces into full accessibility compliance.

Web applications & integrations
- Designed, built, and debugged web apps in ASP.NET and C#. They were built for high performance and high availability.
- Wired apps into outside APIs. Those included iContact, Authorize.net, and Bullhorn.
- Built IIS extensions to manage and watch web apps. The same tools made hosting simpler.
- Built and ran mobile apps for iOS and Android. They ran on the Xamarin platform.
- I owned it all: business analysis, development, QA, docs, and delivery. I shipped on time and under budget.
