Systems that
do the work.

NLMA blends operations consulting, senior software engineering, and applied AI: turning operational complexity into systems that run themselves, with deep specialization in real estate and property management.

What we do

Four ways we take work off your plate.

We don't stop at strategy decks. We map the operation, build the software, connect it to what you already run, and keep it running.

Consulting

Find where software wins

We map how your operation actually works, then pinpoint where automation removes the most friction. Process design, systems architecture, and a build plan you own outright.

Software

Built around your rules

Custom applications shaped to your real business logic, not bent to fit someone else's template. Modern, maintainable, and architected to grow with you.

Integration

One connected system

We wire the tools you already pay for into a single system. Data flows where it should, manual hand-offs disappear, and everything talks to everything.

AI automation

Agents that act

AI workflows that read, decide, and act, handling the repetitive operational work end to end, with you in control of the parts that matter.

How we work

Four stages, one owned outcome.

A sequence, not a retainer. Each stage hands you something concrete, and at the end you own the system, not a dependency.

01

Map

We learn the operation, the constraints, and the goal, then point to exactly where software pays off.

02

Build

We design and ship the software and automation around your real workflows, in tight iterations you can see.

03

Integrate

We connect it to existing systems, migrate the data, and cut over with nothing falling through the cracks.

04

Operate

We run it, watch it, and keep improving it, or hand you the keys. The infrastructure is yours either way.

The proof

Software we don't just pitch.
We run it in production.

A live look at the platform NLMA builds and operates: dozens of services, AI agents, and integrations spanning finance, records, documents, comms, and operations, doing real work every day. This is what "we'll build it" actually looks like.

How NLMA connects AI agents to live business systems A three-stage diagram. On the left, AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and custom agents. They authenticate with OAuth 2.1 into the middle stage, a self-hosted MCP layer running on NLMA infrastructure behind TLS, which enforces per-tenant authorization and scoped tools. That layer connects on the right to live business systems including Guesty, DoorLoop, QuickBooks, Baselane, Turno, and court and property records. AI CLIENTS Agents that ask Claude / Claude Code ChatGPT Custom in-house agents Scheduled automations Each client carries its own identity. OAuth 2.1 SELF-HOSTED MCP LAYER The gate TLS termination, nginx Per-tenant authorization Scoped, typed tools Audit logging Rate limiting Runs on infrastructure we own. SCOPED CALLS YOUR LIVE SYSTEMS Systems of record Guesty, DoorLoop, Turno QuickBooks, Baselane, Stripe Court and property records Docs, e-sign, comms Real data, not a sandbox. CREDENTIALS STAY SERVER-SIDE. THE GATE DECIDES WHAT EACH CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO CALL.
Every integration we ship runs through a gate we own and operate.

No lock-in

Everything we build is yours to keep: the code, the data, the infrastructure it runs on. We operate it as long as it's useful, then hand you the keys.

Before the first call

Questions people ask us first.

What does NLMA do?

Four things, in order. NLMA maps how an operation actually runs, then builds custom applications shaped to real business logic instead of someone else's template, then wires the tools a company already pays for into one connected system, then runs AI workflows on top that read, decide, and act. Real estate and property management is the deep specialty, though the same build pattern travels to other industries. Everything NLMA builds is yours to keep: the code, the data, and the infrastructure it runs on.

Who does NLMA work with?

NLMA works with operators whose spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools stopped keeping up: short-term rental operators, long-term property management firms, real estate and deal operations, bookkeeping and finance teams, professional and legal services, multi-entity operators, and owner-operated small businesses. Real estate and property management is where NLMA goes deepest, because it runs those same systems on live portfolios itself. The work also reaches commercial and government workflows. The common thread is an operation carrying too many disconnected tools and too much manual hand-off between them.

What makes NLMA different from an agency or a staffing firm?

An agency guesses at your workflow from the outside, and a staffing firm rents you hours by the week. NLMA is operator-led: the software it sells is software it runs itself, in production, on its own portfolios, every day. The same team that scopes the strategy also writes the code and ships the AI, so nothing gets lost handing off between three vendors. There is no lock-in either. NLMA will operate the system for as long as that stays useful, then hands over the keys.

How do you start working with NLMA?

Two ways in: book a consult with NLMA, or send a note through the contact form on this page. Advisory time runs $450 an hour; anything larger gets a number only after a first call. The engagement then moves through four stages: map the operation and its constraints, build software and automation around the workflows that actually exist, integrate with the systems already in place and migrate the data, then run it or hand it to your team. Every stage ships something you can use.
